Clients always ask, “How do I get strong, sexy sculpted arms?” To eliminate arm jiggle, you need to make sure you engage in 45 to 60 minutes of vigorous exercise 4 to 5 days per week and follow a proper nutrition plan. All of your training will be for nothing if your nutrition, or lack of it, counteracts all of your efforts in the gym. Four exercises that sculpt the arms, chest and shoulders are:
