Almost everyday if schedule permits, with variation in type of movement. General health guidelines suggest 30-60 minutes a day, and your workout does not have to be strenuous, hardcore activity. Walking the dog, taking a hike or going on a bike ride with the kids all count as exercise. Ideally, you are getting two to three full body strength workouts during the week, including some cardio, core, flexibility and balance. Mix it up, have fun and make your time count!
